Hiking along the Lakes Trail is brilliant fun, and Round Lake is a nice spot to visit for more than one day, Upper Nash Fork Campground is a nice spot to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You assume that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Going for a hike along the Medicine Bow Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Snowy Range has brilliant       slopes and a friendly staff. You're in all probability interested in lakes, Fishhook Lake is one of those close by, and Little Brooklyn Lake Dam is not far at all from Round Lake. Round Lake is pretty arid typically; May is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This place, the Medicine Bow Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. Browns Peak is a peak you can see from Round Lake; if you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on North Platte River. High temperatures at Round Lake during the summer are in the 80's, and the overnight is a bit chillier of course, usually in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Round Lake tend to be in the 10's.
