There are some nice whitewater spots on North Platte River, and Lazy Acres Court is a glorious local campground. CrossTimbers at Steamboat is a tremendous site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side trip to Little Beaver Creek; as expected, A tour to Addison Gulch is always fun. At Rollman Reservoir through the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops       down to the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while Rollman Reservoir night low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. There's whitewater on Encampment River for all you adrenaline rush seekers; if you need a site to stay The Sage And Sand Motel LLC is a brilliant choice. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Rollman Reservoir. Going for a hike on the State Line Trail is always a splendid adventure, also                  Toothaker Dam is worth a visit while you're here. Go for a hike on the Beaver Creek Stump Park Trail, and Rollman Reservoir is a delightful site to visit for more than one day, Beaver Creek Campground is a delightful site to camp nearby.
