    If you are in Lincoln county it's always a good idea to stop by Roaring Fork Lakes. A fine place to camp here at Roaring Fork Lakes is Forest Park Campground; Wyoming Range is pretty and can be spotted from here. While you're here at Roaring Fork Lakes it's a good idea to check out Lunch Creek Meadows, and do take a hike on the Emigrant Trail. Summertime highs at Roaring Fork Lakes regularly tend to be in the 70's, and the nighttime is fairly colder of course,  
   mostly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Roaring Fork Lakes.
At Roaring Fork Lakes you don’t see much rainfall; May is the month that gets the most rain while July is mostly the driest month. After a long day outdoors Spring Creek Ranch is a good location to spend a night or two, and Roaring Fork Lakes is right by the Wyoming Range Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Roaring Fork Lakes is glorious enough to
 
               spend more than a day at, Middle Piney Lake Campground is a glorious local campground, and if you would like a little side visit, try Box Canyon Pass.
