But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Laramie Mountains. Here at Rissler Reservoir there are plenty of folks from Casper. It is very waterless here at Rissler Reservoir regularly; May is the month that gets the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
