Reynolds Reservoir Number 1 is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Some nearby water includes East Twin Creek, and hiking along the Roosevelt Trail is pleasant fun. Reynolds Reservoir Number 1 gets very little precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. | | location to check out. If you need a location to stay The Passage Resort at Big Horn is a glorious choice, and Tongue River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. A perfect close by hotel is Wingate by Wyndham Sheridan WY; the Wolf Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Do stop at Huntington Reservoir near Reynolds Reservoir Number 1, it's a pretty lake; why not head up to Antelope Butte and strap some skis | |

to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is splendid at Big Horn Ski, and camping at Tongue River Campground is always a great experience. At Reynolds Reservoir Number 1 during the summer months highs are in the 80's.
Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Reynolds Reservoir Number 1 throughout the winter commonly sink into the 0's. Reynolds Reservoir Number
1 is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Tongue Canyon Campground is a magnificent local campground, and Reynolds Reservoir Number 1 is right by the Dry Fork Trail.
