There's magnificent hiking along the Circle Trail, and there are plenty of folks from Laramie here at Rex Lake. Don't leave Rex Lake without first going for a hike along the Arlington Pack Trail; dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Inn & Suites Laramie. Head up to Snowy Range and strap some skis to your feet, and Rex Lake is a glorious spot to visit for more than       one day, Lake Owen Campground is a glorious spot to camp nearby. Rex Lake gets very little precipitation; July is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Summertime at Rex Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's; through the dark hours in the winter at Rex Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. There's                  just no way someone can get bored here at Rex Lake. Go for a hike on the Overland Trail.
