Nearby White Horse Draw is a pleasant location to go if you're at Ray Reservoir, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Cold Spring Trail. You can take a little journey to Ray Dam since you're here at Ray Reservoir; you'll come across a wonderful lake called Alkali Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge is a great place to get some rest, and Ray Reservoir is a location with many visitors       from Riverton. There's some flowing water nearby, Dead Horse Slough is a stream you can pop by during your stay, and Ray Reservoir is a splendid site to visit for more than one day, Rocky Acres Campground is a splendid site to camp nearby. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Inn At Lander, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Blue Trail. Ray Lake Cafe is a great campground nearby, and                  lakes are such calm locations, why not visit Ray Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Middle Popo Agie River; there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Farlow Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Ray Reservoir. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 30's; night lows during the wintertime for Ray Reservoir tend to be in the 0's.
