You could also check out Lilypad Lake while you're here at Ranger Lake; it's close by; going for a hike on the Boundary Creek Trail is always a wonderful adventure. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Ranger Lake. Falls River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby, and you could always discover Bechler Canyon. | | it's a good idea to check out Ouzel Creek. Through the warm days of summer highs here at Ranger Lake reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 40's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Ranger Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. always go whitewater paddling on Bitch Creek, and a nice place to camp here at Ranger Lake is Cave Falls Campground. Don't leave Ranger Lake without first paying a visit to Colonnade Falls, and there is a magnificent hiking trail
close by called the Bechler River Trail. Not much rain falls here at Ranger Lake; through the month of June you get the most rain around here while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
