Rambaud Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Be careful coming to the Wind River Range, you might not ever wanna return home again. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Boulder Creek. Lakes are great; Edmond Lake is a lake that's near Rambaud Lake. It is very dehydrated here at Rambaud Lake usually; during May this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February. Hat Pass is a good place to explore nearby. There's so much to do here

Rambaud Lake is located in the Wind River Range. If you come at the right time of year, Pole Creek offers some great whitewater; don't leave Rambaud Lake without first going for a hike along the Lake Ethel Trail. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is lots of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Wind River Range has it all. If you need a place to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn is a
splendid choice, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Timico Lake. All through the days of summer here at Rambaud Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's, and all through the night
it cools down to the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Rambaud Lake temperatures plunge to the-10's.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore
everything Rambaud Lake has to offer, you can camp at Scab Creek Campground; you can go for a hike on the Hay Pass Trail.
