The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Big Horn Ski, and there's great hiking along the Mistymoon Trail. For the duration of the summertime, highs commonly are in the 60's at Rainbow Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. All through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Rainbow Lake.
