At Pyramid Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May; December meanwhile is the driest month. A magnificent place close to Pyramid Lake is Haily Pass, and there are great places to discover along the Shadow Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Hailey Pass Trail is always a good adventure; if you want to take a look at some out of the       ordinary stuff, take a look at Hooker Glacier. This lake is so wonderful. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Mount Geikie is gorgeous and can be observed from Pyramid Lake, and why not camp at Big Sandy Campground while you're here at Pyramid Lake. Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is bountiful here in the Wind River Range. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Pinedale Inn, and there are other places here                  than Pyramid Lake, for example Twin Lakes. Shelia Lake is a delightful lake next to Pyramid Lake; if you came for an overnight stay Dickinson Creek Campground is a great site to camp. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Bull Lake Creek, and close by you stumble on the Pyramid Lake Trail which is a good hiking trail. Throughout the warm months at Pyramid Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's.
