In Wyoming there are many beautiful lakes, Lake Prue is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. A great place to take a look at near Lake Prue is Europe Canyon, and not far from Lake Prue you'll hit upon Divide Lake which is a beautiful lake. It is very waterless here at Lake Prue ordinarily; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February.
For the period of the warmest time of the year at Lake Prue temperatures are commonly in the 70's.

| | Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Prue temperatures dip to the-10's. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Wind River Range. The sight of Halls Butte from Lake Prue is beautiful, and if you came for an overnight stay Boulder Campground is a glorious spot to camp. This lake is located in the wonderful Wind River Range.

into a kayak and hit Boulder Creek; if you're here you can take a hike along the Firehole Trail. So much fun stuff to do in the Wind River Range, not enough time. If you need a site to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn is a great choice;
you can have a great hiking adventure along the Lake Isabella Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Milky Lakes; hiking along the Europe Canyon Trail is pleasant
fun.
You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area close to Lake Prue has to offer. Drift down the rapids of Bull Lake Creek in a kayak; camping is available at Scab Creek Campground.
