Pole Creek Lakes is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pole Creek, and there are other places here than Pole Creek Lakes, for example Barnes Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Boulder Creek, and lakes are such serene spots, why not take a look

| | at Suicide Lake. Through the warm months here at Pole Creek Lakes, high temperatures usually get into the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Pole Creek Lakes temperatures descend to the 10's. Lakes without first going for a hike along the Cook Lake Trail; a glorious close by hotel is Baymont Inn & Suites Pinedale. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Pole Creek Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Boulder
Lake Campground, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn is a good choice. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Wind River Range will keep you coming back over and over. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Pole Creek
Lakes; Timico Lake Trail is a delightful local trail, and brilliant hiking is available along the Bell Lakes Trail. Not much rain falls here at Pole Creek Lakes; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February.
