Pio Reservoir is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. A perfect place next to Pio Reservoir is Dry Canyon, and tremendous hiking is available along the Matt Trail. Summertime at Pio Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Pio Reservoir dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
