A visit to Pine Lake is always a good idea. Take a hike on the Joe Trail, and Pine Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Pugmire Pocket Campground is a wonderful local campground. During the warm months, highs regularly are in the 80's at Pine Lake. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows during the wintertime for Pine Lake tend to be in the 10's.

This lake is so wonderful. Here at Pine Lake you can spot Pine Mountain, and Pine Lake is right by the Hoy Trail. The Matt Trail offers hiking at its best, and a tremendous place to camp here at Pine Lake is Red Creek Campground.
