Throughout the warm months, highs usually are in the 80's at Piedmont Reservoir. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Piedmont Reservoir through the wintertime regularly       plunge into the 0's. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Piedmont Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Meeks Cabin Campground, and there's whitewater on Blacks Fork - East Fork for all you adrenaline people. A brilliant close by hotel is Americas Best Value Inn and Suites-Evanston, and magnificent hiking is available along the High Line Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Piedmont Reservoir you'll probably meet some folks from Evanston,                  and Guild Hollow is a great location to spend some time. There's so much to do here at Piedmont Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Little Lyman Lake Campground is a great site for that, and a lake close by is Guild and Dean Reservoir. Just can't get enough of Piedmont Reservoir. Piedmont Dam is a delightful spot next to Piedmont Reservoir, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Blacks Fork - West Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Why not have a look at close by West Muddy Creek if you're here at Piedmont Reservoir, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Piedmont Reservoir; Emigrant Trail is a nice local trail.
