Why not camp at Mountain View Park since you're here at Phelps Reservoir, and getting to Bluegrass Creek from Phelps Reservoir is simple. Yeah, come up here to the Laramie Mountains for a nice time. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Laramie River, and the vista of pretty Squaw Mountain is great. Phelps Dam has       good water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Phelps Reservoir. This lake is located in the wonderful Laramie Mountains. It is very waterless here at Phelps Reservoir commonly; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while February is typically the driest month. Bluegrass Creek is a great whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Phelps Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Torchlite Motor Inn.
