Camping is available at Hawken Ranch and Hawken Guest Ranch; delightful water scenery is available at Paxton Dam in close       proximity to Paxton Reservoir. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Inn At Sundance, and Edwards Number 3 Reservoir is a pleasant lake nearby. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Sundance Mountain Inn is a good place to spend a night or two, and if you came for an overnight stay Mountain View Campground is a splendid site to camp. While you're here at Paxton Reservoir you can take a hike along the Table Mountain Trail. During the summer at Paxton Reservoir                  highs are usually in the 80's.
