O'Brien Reservoir is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, Fairside Trailer Svc is a brilliant place to camp nearby; O'Brien Reservoir is not far at all from Casper. A splendid nearby hotel is Casper Super 8 Motel; do take a hike on the Bates Hole Stock Trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Best Western Ramkota Hotel is a tremendous site to spend a night or two, also O'Brien                  Dam is worth a visit if you're here. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to O'Brien Reservoir. There's whitewater on North Platte River for all you thrill seekers; getting to Stinking Creek from O'Brien Reservoir is trouble-free.
