     After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Douglas is a splendid place to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Number 1 Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Douglas Koa is a brilliant site for that. For the duration of the days of summer at Number 1 Reservoir temperatures are generally in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here  
   at Number 1 Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. A lake nearby is Gilbert Lake, and Number 2 Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could visit. Best Western Douglas Inn & Conference Center is a wonderful place to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Number 1 Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Lone Tree Village Mobile Home.
Number 1 Reservoir is a location that is pretty dry mostly; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.
