Through the months of summer at Number 1 Reservoir highs are commonly in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are commonly       in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Number 1 Reservoir are in the 10's. Around Number 1 Reservoir you don’t get a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is January. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. This lake is so wonderful. Do visit Higgins Number 2 Reservoir close to Number 1 Reservoir, it's a pretty lake, and a nice nearby hotel is Sleep Inn & Suites. Looking                  for some flowing water?
