Get covered with water paddling on Green River; you can go for a hike on the Pot Creek Trail. High temperatures at New Fork Lakes during the warm days of summer are in the 70's, and the overnight is a tad cooler of course, mostly in the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at New Fork Lakes descend       into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Boulder Creek, and going for a hike on the New Fork Canyon Trail is always a good adventure. Not much rainfall falls here at New Fork Lakes; most of the snow falls during January while July is frequently the driest month. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! New Fork Lakes is excellent! A perfect nearby hotel is Best Western Pinedale Inn. You'll need more than a day to look                  at everything New Fork Lakes has to offer, you can camp at New York Campground. At New Fork Lake Dam near New Fork Lakes there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Boulder Basin Trail. If you need a place to stay Baymont Inn & Suites Pinedale is a tremendous choice.
