There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Mystery Lake. Morgan Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and nearby you hit upon the Kisinger Lakes Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Brooks Lake Campground is a nice campground nearby, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the DuNoir Trail. Mystery Lake is pretty       dry frequently; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. A lake close by is Upper Brooks Lakes; the Pinnacle Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. Stay the night at Pinnacle Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Dubois. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Mystery Lake, and the nighttime is slightly colder of course, frequently in the 40's.
