Moon Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Having a delightful time in the Wind River Range is trouble-free. Dyke Creek is a good place to check out, and get your pulse rate up on the pleasant whitewater of Wind River. Not much rainfall falls here at Moon Lake; June is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. There are magnificent sites to explore along the Jakeys Fork Trail.

| | This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Geyser Creek Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and Antelope Hills Golf Course is a brilliant golf course nearby. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing things the Wind River Range has to offer. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Dubois, and camping at Rawhide Ranch is always a magnificent experience. If you came to camp Circle Up Camper Court Shop is a brilliant spot to do that; | |

if you get bored of Moon Lake you could also stop by close by Union Lake.
This lake is located in the wonderful Wind River Range. That right there is plenty already, but it carries on; Moon Lake has it all. Near Moon Lake you
hit upon the Moon Lake Trail which is a good hiking trail, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Pinedale Inn is a delightful choice. For the duration of the summertime months at Moon Lake highs are commonly in the 80's
while nighttime lows are mostly in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Moon Lake.
A lake nearby is Marion Lake; there's whitewater on Green River for all you adrenaline kick people.
