And if that's not enough there's a load more amusing things to do in the Absaroka Range. Swan Creek Number 7 Reservoir is a nice lake in close proximity to Modglin Reservoir. Through the long summer days highs here at Modglin Reservoir get into the 80's, and the night is a little cooler of course, regularly in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Modglin       Reservoir. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Greybull River, and there's glorious hiking along the Ishawooa Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Some close by water includes East Fork Jordan Creek; great hiking is available along the Trout Creek Trail. Just can't get enough of the Absaroka Range. Go for a hike on the Table Mountain Trail. There's so much to do here at Modglin Reservoir                  that you need to camp here for a while, Hitching Post Campgrounds is a splendid site for that. Modglin Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff close to Modglin Reservoir. Modglin Reservoir is right next door to Modglin Dam which is a delightful site unquestionably worth visiting; whitewater paddling is delightful on Shoshone River. If you need a spot to stay The Cody is a nice choice, and if you came to camp Jack Creek Campground is a pleasant location to do that.
