Why not stop by Mirror Lake if you're passing through these parts. That right there is a load of entertaining things already but it goes on, the Bighorn Mountains has it all. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great globe it would be. Elk Park is a picturesque spot any time of year, and camping is available at Lake Creek Campground. Near Mirror Lake you locate the Mistymoon Trail which is a great hiking trail, and splendid skiing

This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Angeline Trail is always a great adventure, and Tensleep Creek is a tremendous whitewater spot close by. Around Mirror Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; most of the snow falls through April, and February on the other hand is the driest. During the summer months, highs usually are in the 60's at Mirror Lake. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 30's. The winter comes with | |

Mirror Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bighorn Mountains. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not take a look at Lost Twin
Lakes near Mirror Lake; if you came for an overnight stay Island Park Campground is a nice place to camp. Be careful coming to the Bighorn Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. There are pleasant places to look at along the Cliff Lake Trail; a wonderful lake like Gunboat Lake is a wonderful place to stop at.
