Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff close to Lake Mirage. Lakes are such serene sites, why not check out Geddes Lake in close proximity to Lake Mirage. That right there is a lot of exciting things already but it goes on, the Bighorn Mountains has it all. Have a good hiking adventure along the Cliff Lake Trail, and Black       Rib can be seen from Lake Mirage. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in the Bighorn Mountains. The Passage Resort at Big Horn is a great location to get some rest, and in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tongue River. Why not camp at Coffeen Park Campground since you're here at Lake Mirage, and Paintrock Creek has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by.                  Lake Mirage is a beautiful lake in the Bighorn Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Porcupine Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting, and camping is available at Twin Lakes Campground. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Antelope Butte is close to Lake Mirage, and after a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn & Suites Sheridan is a great place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Big Horn Ski is just what you need, and do take a hike on the Game Creek Trail. For the period of the summertime highs here at Lake Mirage reach the 60's, and the night is somewhat colder of course, commonly in the 30's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Lake Mirage dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. At Lake Mirage you don’t see much rain; throughout the month of April you get the most snow around here, and February on the other hand is the driest. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up.
