Evans Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look at, and since you're here you will meet lots of people from nearby Laramie. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Laramie River; why not take a refreshing hike along the Pache Trail. So much amusing stuff to do at Miller Lake, so little time. If you came to camp Evans Creek Campground is a tremendous place to do       that. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun things to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Snowy Range is a magnificent local ski area; the Mendenhall Trail offers hiking at its best. Around Miller Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; through the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Miller Lake is a beautiful lake in the Medicine Bow Mountains. The warmest time of                  the year at Miller Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Miller Lake during the wintertime frequently dip into the 10's.
