This lake is one of the great places here in the Black Hills. Miller Creek Reservoir is a wonderful place to visit for more than one day, Hawken Ranch and Hawken Guest Ranch is a wonderful place to camp nearby; lakes are such serene locations, why not visit Lost Lake. And that's not all there is to do here in the Black Hills. Good hiking is available along the Rauth Trail; if you need a location to stay Best Western       Inn At Sundance is a delightful choice. Just can't get enough of the Black Hills. The panoramas at Devils Tower National Monument will blow your mind. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Miller Creek Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Devil's Tower Fort; a delightful lake like Gose Reservoir is a great place to stop at. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Miller Creek Reservoir is great! There's always Miller Creek Dam to check                  out in close proximity to Miller Creek Reservoir, and you can go for a hike on the Simmons Trail. During the summertime, highs usually are in the 80's at Miller Creek Reservoir. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's while Miller Creek Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Miller Creek Reservoir; Lanning Trail is a tremendous local trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Devils Tower Inn is a pleasant site to spend a night or two.
