The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. Milky Lakes is pretty arid frequently; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. All year is a pleasant time in the Wind River Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. So much cool stuff to do here in the Wind River Range, too fine to be true. Don't leave Milky Lakes without first going       for a hike along the Firehole Trail; since you're here, you could also explore scenic Long Lake. During the summer months at Milky Lakes temperatures are commonly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's with temperatures at Milky Lakes dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Stay the night at Boulder Campground, and                  paddling on Bull Lake Creek is so much fun. There are tremendous locations to look at along the Europe Canyon Trail; do stop by Glacier Lake, it's a delightful lake. Scab Creek Campground is a good campground nearby, and a fine nearby hotel is Best Western Pinedale Inn. This lake is so wonderful.
