This lake is so wonderful. A glorious close by hotel is The Sage And Sand Motel LLC. Middle Long Lake is a beautiful lake in the Medicine Bow Mountains. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. You can run the rapids of North Platte River in the vicinity of Middle Long Lake, and do take a hike on the Medicine Bow Trail. The Snowy Range is one of the things that make Middle Long Lake so magnificent; a pretty       lake like Mirror Lake is a fine site to check out. Not much precipitation falls here at Middle Long Lake; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most; February is when it's the driest. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Middle Long Lake reach the 80's with night lows in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Middle Long Lake. Medicine Bow Peak                  can be seen from Middle Long Lake, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Circle Trail. Be careful coming to the Medicine Bow Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again.
