Beautiful Mica Lake has much to offer visitors. At Mica Lake through the summer highs are in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Throughout the winter the highs are typically in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Mica Lake fall into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something right next door to Mica Lake? Grizzly Bear Lake is in the vicinity, and going for a hike along the Lake Solitude

| | Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Mica Lake you can take a hike along the Alaska Basin Trail, and on a lovely day you get a perfect view of Table Mountain from Mica Lake.

Petersen Glacier, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Paintbrush Divide Trail. And if that's not sufficient there's a load more enjoyable things to do in the Teton Range. There are plenty of folks from Jackson
here at Mica Lake, and whitewater paddling is great on Bitch Creek. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Teton Range. Mica Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Teton
Campground is a fine local campground, and if you need a spot to stay Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort is a good choice.
Ditch Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by, and a great close by hotel is Snake River
Lodge And Spa. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the neighborhood of Mica Lake will keep you coming back persistently. Really delightful skiing awaits you at Snow King. It is very dried up here at Mica Lake frequently; May is the wettest month with most rain, and August is when it's the driest.
