It's always fun to stop by Meadow Lake. These mountains rock, just explore all the cool things to do in the Absaroka Range. Near Meadow Lake you locate the Beauty Lake Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and Bird Mountain is a peak you can observe from Meadow Lake. If you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and Yodeler Motel is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so

| | wonderful. Camping at Island Lake Campground is always a nice experience. Lakes? Sure, Cliff Lake is in the neighborhood. You absolutely ought to go for the Absaroka Range. The Lewis and Clark Trail is a delightful hiking trail in the vicinity of Meadow Lake; going for a hike on the Beartooth Highlakes Trail is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. slopes at Red Lodge Mountain around here. Through the summertime months, highs regularly are in the 70's at Meadow Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 30's. Throughout the winter highs are usually in
the 20's with temperatures at Meadow Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is one of the great places here in the Absaroka Range. A common amount of rain falls here at Meadow Lake; June is the month that gets
the most rain, and the driest month is October. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. A tremendous site for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Meadow Lake is Clarks Fork Yellowstone River, and there are other locations here than Meadow Lake, for example Fantan Lake.
