This lake is so wonderful. A delightful place to camp here at McBride Lake is Pebble Creek Campground, and while you're here, you could also take a look at delightful Shrimp Lake. McBride Lake gets very little rainfall; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. What a site this is for outdoors folks. You'll find a beautiful lake called Hidden Lake near McBride Lake, and       don't leave McBride Lake without first going for a hike along the Poacher Trail. Going for a hike on the Buffalo Plateau Trail is always a nice adventure; after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Yellowstone North is a nice spot to spend a night or two. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Absaroka Range. Having a nice time in the Absaroka Range is trouble-free. Camping is available at Tower Fall Campground, and there's some flowing water close                  by, Hornaday Creek is a stream you can go to while you're here. Through the summer months highs here at McBride Lake reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are regularly in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at McBride Lake fall into the 10's.
