This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Sioux Pass Trail; if you're here at Lower Silas Lake it's a wonderful idea to explore Deer Park. At Lower Silas Lake you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Yeah, come up here to the Wind River Range for a pleasant time. Paddling on Middle Popo Agie River is so much fun, and       why not take a refreshing hike along the Christina Lake Trail. All the outdoors entertaining things in the Wind River Range will keep you coming back repeatedly. Christina Dam is not far at all from Lower Silas Lake, and this is a popular site for people from Riverton. After a long day outdoors Best Western Inn At Lander is a delightful place to spend a night or two, and if you've had enough of Lower Silas Lake, Gustave Lake is close by.
