There's magnificent hiking along the Pinnacle Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Brooks Lake Campground is a pleasant site to camp. Throughout the warm days of summer at Lower Jade Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at       Lower Jade Lake. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Lower Jade Lake. Don't leave Lower Jade Lake without first going for a hike along the DuNoir Trail. Lower Jade Lake is a location that is rather dried up frequently; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest of the months is July. Super 8 Motel - Dubois is a great location to get some rest, and why not stop by close by Bonneville                  Creek while you're here at Lower Jade Lake. Pinnacle Campground is a tremendous campground nearby, and a perfect location is Bear Cub Pass. This lake is so wonderful.
