    If you are in this part of Wyoming make sure to pay a visit to Lost Wilderness Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Wingate by Wyndham Sheridan WY is a nice choice, and hiking along the Cliff Lake Trail is magnificent fun. Just can't get enough of Lost Wilderness Lake. A tremendous place for whitewater paddling near Lost Wilderness Lake is Tongue River, and you can stay the night at Coffeen Park Campground. Lost Wilderness Lake is a  
   beautiful lake in the Bighorn Mountains.
Dry warm beds await you at The Passage Resort at Big Horn; a great location to stop by nearby is Edelman Pass. Lost Wilderness Lake is pretty dry frequently; throughout April this area sees the most snow, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Geneva Campground is a splendid campground nearby.
This spot, the Bighorn Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things. Antelope Butte
 
               is a brilliant local ski area, and Lost Wilderness Lake is right by the Edelman Trail. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Bighorn Mountains. From Lost Wilderness Lake you get a great panorama of Black Rib, and the skiing at Big Horn Ski is great. Summertime highs at Lost Wilderness Lake regularly tend to be in the 60's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 30's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Lost Wilderness Lake dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights.
You can run the rapids of Paintrock Creek near Lost Wilderness Lake, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the North High Park Trail.
