     Lost Twin Lakes is a nice lake to visit. But wait, there's more to do next to Lost Twin Lakes. The Mistymoon Trail offers hiking at its best; Sheridan-Days Inn is a great spot to get some rest. The panorama of pretty Darton Peak near Lost Twin Lakes is nice; if you've had enough of Lost Twin Lakes, Seven Brothers Lakes is nearby. There's pleasant hiking along the Angeline Trail, and there's whitewater on Tensleep Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
 
   This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Solitude Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Lake View Campground is a great location to camp. That right there is loads of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Bighorn Mountains has it all. Get your heart beating on the perfect whitewater of Powder River - North Fork, and why not camp at Lake Creek Campground if you're here at Lost Twin Lakes. You'll really wish for more hours  
               in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Bighorn Mountains.
Lost Twin Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Bighorn Mountains. Summertime brings highs in the 60's to Lost Twin Lakes. Summer night lows dip down to the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Lost Twin Lakes. It is very dehydrated here at Lost Twin Lakes usually; the month of April is the wettest with most of the snow, and February is when it's the driest.
