A visit to Lost Lake is always a good idea. Paddling on Paintrock Creek is so much fun, and why not a little side spree to Coney Creek. And if that's not sufficient there's a heap more cool things to do in the Bighorn Mountains. Sawmill Dam is worth going to if you're here; the Roosevelt Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. There's delightful hiking along the Game Creek Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Alamo Motel Sheridan. Lakes are

| | great; Coney Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Lost Lake, and a day on the slopes of Antelope Butte is just what you need. Lost Lake is located in the Bighorn Mountains. Not much precipitation falls here at Lost Lake; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most snow; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Trail is a magnificent local trail. Just can't get enough of the Bighorn Mountains. Twin Lakes Campground is a splendid campground here, and whitewater paddling is great on Tongue River. So many entertaining things to do at Lost
Lake, so little time. The Passage Resort at Big Horn is a good location to get some rest, and you can stay the night at Coffeen Park Campground. Summertime highs at Lost Lake generally tend to be in the 60's. During the moonlight
hours it's usually in the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows all through the winter for Lost Lake tend to be in the 0's.
