     The beauty of Lost Lake attracts many people from all around. Pleasant Valley is a delightful site to check out, and don't leave Lost Lake without first going for a hike along the Coyote Creek Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the Absaroka Range has to offer. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Yellowstone North is a good choice, and camping is available at Tower Fall Campground. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lost  
   Lake; Yellowstone River Trail is a great local trail, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Lost Creek Falls.
Lost Lake gets very little rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. For the duration of the summer at Lost Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter
 
               nights at Lost Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Buffalo Plateau Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Lava Creek Campgrounds is a delightful location to camp.
Having a glorious time in the Absaroka Range is painless. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Some nearby water includes Lost Creek, and if you get bored of Lost Lake you could also take a look at close by Rainy Lake. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful.
