What a nice lake Lost Lake is. Lakes? Sure, Lily Lake is nearby, and the slopes of Red Lodge Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. For the duration of the summer here at Lost Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's with night lows in the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Near Lost Lake you locate the Lake Reno Trail which is a good hiking trail,

| | and Lost Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Crazy Creek Campground is a tremendous local campground. From a rain point of view Lost Lake is a quite typical place; most of the rain falls during June, and the driest month of the year is October. outdoors, just come on down to Lost Lake. There is a magnificent hiking trail near Lost Lake called the Lost Lake Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Crandall Creek offers some nice whitewater. And if that's not enough
there's plenty more cool things to do in the Absaroka Range. There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Creek Campground is a good site for that; there are other locations here than Lost Lake,
for example Copeland Lake. The Copeland Lake Trail is a splendid hiking trail in close proximity to Lost Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Clarks Fork Yellowstone River.
