    Why not stop by Lost Lake if you're passing through these parts. That right there is plenty already, but it continues; Lost Lake has it all. Go for a hike on the Lake Reno Trail, and a fine place to camp here at Lost Lake is Crazy Creek Campground. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Absaroka Range rules!. Going for a hike on the Lost Lake Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and why not head up to Red Lodge Mountain and strap some skis to your  
   feet.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Lake Creek Campground is always a good experience, and do pop by Shrew Lake, it's a scenic lake. For the period of the long summer days at Lost Lake highs are mostly in the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 30's. Highs throughout the winter are mostly in the 20's while Lost Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. There's whitewater on Clarks Fork Yellowstone River for all you
 
               adrenaline junkies, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Copeland Lake Trail.
Now, you may believe that's lots but there's even more fun things to do here in the Absaroka Range. Big Butte Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by; get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Crandall Creek. Lost Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range. An average amount of rainfall falls at Lost Lake; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is October.
