Lost Lake is always a pleasure to visit. If the weather is good here at Lost Lake, you can go for a hike along the Wyoming Range Trail, and if you came to camp Lynx Creek Campground is a glorious location to do that. While you're here at Lost Lake you can take a hike along the Stewart Trail; dry warm beds await you at Jackson Lake Lodge. There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Murphy Creek Campground is a fine place
for that; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Snake River.
The warmest time of the year at Lost Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows at Lost Lake throughout the wintertime regularly plunge into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Emigrant Trail is a brilliant hiking

trail next to Lost Lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Greys River offers some good whitewater. And that's not all you can do here at Lost Lake.
At Lost Lake you don’t see much rain; most of the rain falls through May, and July on the other hand is the driest.
