    Many people like to go to Lost Lake. Around Lost Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Hiking along the Simmons Trail is nice fun, and Miller Creek Reservoir is a wonderful lake nearby. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Black Hills, not sufficient time. Going for a hike along the Rauth Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and Devils  
   Tower National Monument is one of the destinations that are magnificent to stop at close by.
This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Lost Lake, you can go for a hike along the Lanning Trail; after a long day outdoors Bear Lodge Motel is a delightful location to spend a night or two. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Black Hills. There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mountain View
 
               Campground is a delightful place for that; there's some flowing water close by, Middle Fork Miller Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay. During the warm months at Lost Lake highs are typically in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Lost Lake temperatures plunge to the 0's.
Lost Lake is a beautiful lake in the Black Hills. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is heaps already, but it continues; Lost Lake has it all. The Rocks is clearly visible from Lost Lake, and Arrowhead Motel is a good location to get some rest.
Very tremendous water scenery is available at Miller Creek Dam next to Lost Lake; you can stay the night at Devil's Tower Fort.
