For the period of the summer months highs here at Loon Lake reach the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; night lows through the wintertime for Loon Lake tend to be in the 0's. Loon Lake gets very little precipitation; all through the month of June you get the most rain around here while October is the month with       the least amount of precipitation. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Union Falls Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Bitch Creek. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is abundant here in the Teton Range. Loon Lake is a nice place to camp, Teton Campground is a nice place, and if you need a place to stay Teton Valley Cabins is a brilliant choice. There's some flowing water close by, Calf Creek is a stream you can check out while here, and hiking                  is a popular thing to do around Loon Lake; Bechler River Trail is a great local trail. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Teton Range. There's fine hiking along the Old Marysville Road; Falls River Basin is a striking place any time of year. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are great; Fish Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Loon Lake, and camping at Loon Lake is perfect fun, Cave Falls Campground is a perfect local campground. Loon Lake is one of the lakes here in the Teton Range. And that's not all you can do here at Loon Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Grand Targhee Ski And Summer Resort; if you come at the right time of year, Bitch Creek offers some great whitewater.
