Why not stop by Loomis Lake if you're passing through these parts. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the Bighorn Mountains. What would winter be without some skiing at Antelope Butte. Not much rain falls here at Loomis Lake; most of the snow falls through April, and February is the month with the least moisture. The Bighorn Mountains scenery is always beautiful.

day at, Lake Geneva Campground is a splendid local campground. If you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tensleep Creek, and there are tremendous places to explore along the Cliff Lake Trail.
