The Wind River Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Dubois is a nice choice. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Camping at Circle Up Camper Court Shop is always a glorious experience, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Moon       Lake Trail. Summertime at Long Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 30's; night lows through the winter for Long Lake tend to be in the 10's. These mountains rock, just explore all the cool things to do in the Wind River Range. Cabin Creek flows through this vicinity, and there are other places here than Long Lake, for example Dead Horse                  Lake. At Long Lake you don’t see much precipitation; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. If the weather is tremendous here at Long Lake, you can go for a hike along the Roaring Fork Trail, and a great close by hotel is Best Western Pinedale Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the delightful whitewater of Green River, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Whiskey Mountain Trail. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great earth it would be.
