Take a hike on the Crazy Lakes Trail; Hemingway Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Little Moose Lake is so good! Big Moose Lake is a great lake in the vicinity of Little Moose Lake, and Yodeler Motel is a great site to get some rest. From a precipitation point of view Little Moose Lake is a pretty normal spot; of all the months in a year June is the one       with the most rain; October on the other hand is the driest. During the summertime months at Little Moose Lake highs are mostly in the 70's, and the overnight is fairly chillier of course, generally in the 30's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Little Moose Lake fall into the 0's. Little Moose Lake is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range.
