This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Dickinson Creek Campground while you're here at Little Dads Lake, and if you need a location to stay Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge is a great choice. For the period of the long summer days, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Little Dads Lake. All through the       moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's; overnight lows throughout the winter for Little Dads Lake tend to be in the-10's. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wind River Range. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Little Dads Lake. On a delightful day at Little Dads Lake you can take a hike along the Francis Lake Tail, and there are swamps here too, Poston Meadows is nearby. But wait,                  there's more exciting stuff to do in the Wind River Range. Get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Bull Lake Creek, and you don’t have to go far from Little Dads Lake to spot the water at Boulter Dam. Little Dads Lake gets very little rain; May is when you get the most rain here while February is usually the driest month. Camping is available at Big Sandy Campground, and Marms Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful. Having a great time in the Wind River Range is uncomplicated.
