Stamp Mill Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and The Sage And Sand Motel LLC is a brilliant spot to get some rest. That right there is a load of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Medicine Bow Mountains has it all. If you're here at Lily Lake, you could check out Arrastre Creek, and Araster Dam is beautiful. Not much rainfall falls here at Lily Lake;       through May this area sees the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Go for a hike on the Circle Trail, and why not camp at Silver Lake Campground while you're here at Lily Lake. Be careful coming to the Medicine Bow Mountains, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend North Platte River; there are good places to                  discover along the Lakes Trail. Throughout the months of summer, highs typically are in the 80's at Lily Lake. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lily Lake are in the 0's. After a long day outdoors CrossTimbers at Steamboat is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two; a lake close by is Araster Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Mirror Lake Campground is a wonderful local campground; the slopes of Snowy Range are so inviting noone can resist.
