This lake is so wonderful. Very stunning scenery and wonderful skiing is what you get at Big Horn Ski, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Tensleep Creek. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area in the vicinity of Lily Lake has to offer. There are pleasant places to explore along the Kinky White Trail, and if you've had enough of Lily Lake, Lake Solitude is close by. During the months       of summer at Lily Lake temperatures are usually in the 60's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 30's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Lily Lake. Lily Lake is a location that is reasonably dry usually; the month with most of the snow is April, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bighorn Mountains. Near Lily Lake you come across                  the Main Paint Rock Trail which is a splendid hiking trail; a short journey to Bellyache Spring is always worthwhile. This site, the Bighorn Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Camping at Lake Geneva Campground is always a brilliant experience, and if you come at the right time of year, Paintrock Creek offers some magnificent whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Elk Mountain can be spotted from Lily Lake. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Bighorn Mountains. Long Park is a pleasant location here at Lily Lake, and going for a hike on the Mistymoon Trail is always a perfect adventure.
